Like many others, I was scammed by terminationexperts.com. Did they pick the wrong victim…I took a deep dive.

I expected to find shell companies and more scam websites. What I didn’t expect to find was a so-called coding school for children, operated by the very same people: De Codeerschool (Dutch for ‘The Coding School’).
Two Faces: Scam Artists and “Educators”
Like Jekyll and Hyde – in public, they present themselves as model citizens. Under the banner of De Codeerschool they claim to partner with schools across the Netherlands to teach children digital skills. They even boast of collaborations with prominent names like Microsoft.

But behind the scenes, the same individuals operate a network of scam websites, including: terminationexperts.com, bymetis.com (taken offline), rentalerts.nl, gerechtsbode.nl and cvneed.com.
Following the Paper Trail
I delved into official business records at the Dutch Companies House (KVK). It wasn’t straightforward, or cheap, since every document incurs a fee, but the pieces started to fit together.
Fair to say, it took me a long while…
Terminationexperts.com is operated by Pluto B.V., which is owned by several shell companies, each tied to one individual.

- Florian Holding B.V – > Yves Deen (’99)
- Jesse Verduijn B.V. -> Jesse Verduijn (’98)
- W.M. Paalman Holding B.V -> Wouter Paalman (’93)
Together, these individuals own and run a huge list of companies: NS Holding B.V., Metis B.V., Metis Int. B.V., Lemon Labs B.V., Milky Way Investments B.V., Rocketmen B.V. -> that all run fraudulent websites and… (!) De Codeerschool.
All of this is public information, which you can find on the Dutch Company House website: https://www.kvk.nl/. Useful info can be found in the annual accounts (Dutch: Jaarrekeningen) and the certificate of incorporation (Dutch: Akte van oprichting).
The “Charity” Coding School
According to public records, Stichting Dé Codeerschool (registered as, I kid you not, a charity) and Dé Codeerschool B.V. are controlled by Yves Deen and Jesse Verduijn—the very same names tied to all the scam sites.

Their mission statement sounds noble:
“We help bridge today’s digital divide and advocate for equal opportunities for students and their future careers.”
On LinkedIn, that’s all they talk about: digital empowerment, inclusivity, opportunity.

What This Means
- Is De Codeerschool just a front to build credibility and maintain a public persona?
- Is it clever way to raise public funds?
- Or have these scammers actually grown a conscience and a need to compensate for their illicit activities?
I’m not certain, and frankly, it matters little to me. But what I do know is this: parents, schools, teachers, and partners deserve to know exactly who is running this programme.

Would you trust people who profit from online scams to educate your children? I certainly wouldn’t.
Why This Matters
Scammers thrive in the shadows. The only way to fight back is to shine a light on them. Please, if you’re a parent, educator, or anyone with a conscience – spread the word. Children deserve real teachers, not con artists in disguise.

This is just the tip of the iceberg. There’s much more to tell. I plan to continue writing about Yves, Jesse and Wouter, their accomplices or “employees” (you didn’t think these kids had the skills to pull this off themselves?), other ‘businesses’, detailed accounts of all the money, and more… stay tuned.
